This notice describes the public informational website at tendorya.com. Clinical NNN at beta.tendorya.com is a separate application with additional account and data-processing considerations.
What the public website does
The public site is currently a static informational website. It has no registration form, checkout, contact form or embedded advertising/analytics script. Switching between English and Vietnamese saves a language preference (tendorya.language) in your browser's local storage; this preference stays on your device unless you clear it.
Hosting and technical information
The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. As with other web infrastructure, the hosting and network provider may process technical requests such as IP addresses, request timestamps and security-related metadata according to its own practices. TENDORYA does not claim to control or know every provider retention period.
When you leave this site
Links to GitHub and Clinical NNN open separate services. Their account, security and data practices differ from those of these marketing pages. This notice does not fully describe the Clinical NNN application's Supabase authentication, Cloudflare Turnstile or patient-plan data handling; those require a dedicated, reviewed product privacy notice before broader use.
Data choices and contact
You can remove the saved language preference through your browser's website data controls. For public questions about these marketing pages, use the linked GitHub issue channel. Do not put confidential or patient data in a public issue. No private privacy-request email address has been published; a verified private contact channel must be added before processing such requests in production.
This page is a factual website-specific disclosure, not a claim of compliance with any particular country's privacy law. Legal entity details, private contact information and product-level processing documents still require owner review.
